This DVD or VHS Tape is an overview of the entire program. It introduces you to the speakers on the tapes and walks you through the three goals of the program.

CD2 Tape 2

Contains an overview of ADHD including the history of the disorder. It also looks at the causes of ADHD the statistics, types of treatment and current research. It continues with the overview and provides information on current diagnostic approaches including signs and typical symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity. It also ihcludes the assesement criteria of the DSM-V an important resource of the American Physchiatric Association. You’ll also learn about  the symtoms your an child is experiencing and how they might be confused with other disorders. We will also take a look at your child’s development that might act as contributing factors to the disorder. Then there are accompyning disorders such as learning disabilities, torrets syndrome and oposional defient disorder as well as anxiety and depression. You will also receive information on the difficulties  accurately diagnosing ADHD. Also CD2 covers the development of treatment options such as pharmeceuticals types of drugs and some of their pros and cons.

Then we will go on to behavior modification the importance of cooperation and communiction with your childs school, parent traing and overal streanght and weeknesses of these approaches. We will also look at diet, which includes elimination diets and the use of nutrition supplements. Then there are alternative treatments, such as bio-feedbackADD coach and applied Kinectology. Also a list of important questions to ask an alternative health care practitioner before you make a  questions on what to askverview of diagnostic approaches and symptoms. CD 3  Tape 3

Tape or CD 3 teaches you how to gain control of your ADHD child. Learn simple proven techniques such as time out. You will discover that silence can be golden by encouraging and rewarding quiet time. There are also suggestions for excerises to promote self expression and quiet behavior prior to bedtime.

CD 4 Tape 4

Tape or CD 4, shows you how to use praise to build self esteem and  discusses the importance of positive reinforcement. There are ideas of working together through effective listening skills and improving life in general and spending quality time together. This goes along with the need for reward systems and some suggestions on how and when to use them.

CD 5  Tape 5

Explores health and caring issues as they pertain to diet excercise and the environment. In the diet segment you hear about Finegold diet and how the program works. Nutritional supplements will also be discussed. We also offer suggestions for ways to monitor as it relates to the type of medication your child is taking. The importants of encouraging physical activities through sports and the added benefit of enhancing social skills through team sports is discussed as well. We will also focus on the ADHD childs school environment and the legal system. This includes finding a school advocate to promote school and parent and child cooperation.

CD 6 Tape 6

Tape 6 covers specialized techniques and excerises to encourage positive behavioral change and continues with specialized techiques aimed at the school environment. This tapes also covers a homework improvement program designed to improve communication between school and home. There are suggestions for monitoring homework as we as help with planning and scheduling the week ahead. It includes a behavioral report that gauges performance as well as progress.

CD 7 Tape 7

CD or tape 7 explores topics such as community and social issues, making and keeping friends and avoiding confrontation. This CD or tape also covers additional techniques for time management, starting a hobby to encourage creativity and helping out by volunteering at home, at school or in the community.

This final CD or tape reviews all that you have learned and encourages you to go further in the quest to help your ADHD child.

Stress Free ADHD Work Book

There is a lot of information in this program and the workbook will offer comprehensiveWorkbook excercises for  reinforcing the material in the audio sessions.

Time Out ClockTime Out Timer

One of the discipline techniques taught in the program is timeout. This palm sized “time out”  timer can be used anywere to enforce your childs timeout. The minutes are clearly displayed and a tone sounds when its over. Comes with a keyring adapter to take anywhere.
