Licensed Wholesale Distributors are entrepreneurs or existing companies who currently market and sell healthcare based products or services, or who would like to establish a business for the purpose of promoting and distributing HMIC's products in a large fixed territory.This arrangement is the typical "manufacturer-distributor" found in most industries. The distributor is licensed for a given area of the country, purchases quantities of units at the lowest wholesale rates, and markets/sells to the various customers in that area. Financial commitment is relatively nominal compared to the opportunity, but is higher than the other two categories, to cover wholesale purchases, training, and advertising expenses.
