Dr. Kilcarr received a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Doctorate in Developmental and Organizational Psychology through the Prestigious Institute for Child Study, University of Maryland. Dr. Kilcarr presents workshops on the multiple issues affiliated with AD/HD, Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA) and Post-Secondary issues related of alcohol and other drug use. Recent workshops have concentrated on the developmental impact of AD/HD as related to the individual who has AD/HD, the family and community. Dr. Kilcarr co-authored a critically acclaimed book, Voices from Fatherhood:
Fathers, Sons, and ADHD Voices from Fatherhood on the relationship that
exists between fathers and their sons who have AD/HD. He has also authored
multiple book chapters and articles specifically on issues related to
AD/HD. |
